Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before accessing this web site. By accessing this web site, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you DO NOT agree to the following terms and conditions, please do not access this web site. We, JAK GRAPHIC IMAGING reserves the right to modify, change or amend these terms and conditions without any notice.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY In no event shall JAK GRAPHIC IMAGING, their officers, directors, employees, agents, vendors, suppliers or distributors, be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, accidental, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, profits or data, whether or not JAK graphic Imaging has been advised of the possibility of the damage, in connection with or arising out of the use or performance of this web site or of failure to provide services or products that you order from JAK Graphic Imaging, or its affiliates, distributors, and agents , including without limitation, damages or loss arising from mistake, virus, delay, omission, or interruption of service. In no event shall JAK Graphic Imaging be liable or responsible for any loss or damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of this web site and its content.

RETURNS or REFUNDS Any compensation or refunds of cancellation order given to the customer will be refunded in a timely manner. Please allow 15 – 25 business days for the monies to be credited to your account. Customer must notify or file a claim to JAK Graphic Imaging within 3 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects or mistakes discovered in the ordered products or the claim will be denied. In order to receive replacement of product, customer must return 100% of the received product within 10 business days (at customer’s own expense) from the time when the ordered was received by the customer. All charges related to expedite the service (rush printing or shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including for those orders that are returned for any reason.

TRANSFER OF TITLE Our shipping terms are FOB Shipping Point, which means ownership transfers once we deliver any products to JAK Graphic Imaging’s shipping carrier.

INDEMNITY You agree that you shall indemnify and defend JAK Graphic Imaging and all parties from whom JAK Graphic Imaging has licensed portions of content, and their officers, directors, and employees, against all claims, loss, damages, liability and costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (1) your breach of these Terms and Conditions or (2) any claim, suit, loss or demand arising from or relating to any photograph, image, graphic, text or content or other material you incorporated into the products.

ORDER APPROVAL & SUBMITTED Please review your order prior to submitting to us. We, JAK Graphic Imaging will not accept changes to orders that have been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. And customer has to check their orders before submitting to us. JAK Graphic Imaging is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the followings: Graphic, Bleeds, Grammar, Misspelling, Damage Fonts, Punctuation, Incorrect or Missing Folds, Crop Marks, Overprint, Finished Product Size. We do NOT make any changes on our customer’s files.

INDEMNITY By submitting the above order or files to JAK Graphic Imaging, I agree to the following terms: I have verified that spelling and contents are correct. I understand that my document or banner will print EXACTLY as it appears as the document or files submitted, that I cannot make any changes once my order is placed and that I assume all responsibility for typo or graphical errors.

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK OR GRAPHICS All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format. JAK Graphic Imaging is NOT responsible for any color shift that occurs in converting RGB to CMYK or PMS Pantone colors to CMYK color modes. All artwork, designs and images must be provided in the minimum of 300 DPI and CMYK mode as well. JAK Graphic Imaging is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, blur, distorted, or pixilated due to customer provided artwork. We, JAK Graphic Imaging is not responsible for any color shift in converted pictures (RGB images) with black, near black, or gray tones, Color shifts from a perceived black, or gray must be corrected or addressed prior to file submission. Proofs do not guarantee black, near black, or gray final output.

RE-ORDERS We, JAK Graphic Imaging will not keep any job orders in our systems after print. Due to this limitation, customer needs to re-submit all files and submit new order even if they need to re-order.

ORDER SHIPPING JAK Graphic Imaging will always try to make sure that any production problems do not delay delivery schedules. In no case shall JAK Graphic Imaging be liable for any damages or loss or consequential resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery. All JAK Graphic Imaging customers agree not to hold us liable for delays in shipments caused by shipping company delays, weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond JAK Graphic Imaging’s direct control. We, JAK Graphic Imaging always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected circumstances such as malfunction, or technical problems and equipment failure may delay the printing process. In case of delay caused by these technical problem, rush charges or fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. However, technical problems or equipment failure will not be the grounds for order cancellation. JAK Graphic Imaging will only use our own shipping account and will NOT use customer provided account numbers for any couriers. Please note that we do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. When a package is NOT delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address when order is place, JAK Graphic Imaging will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping charge for that shipment. SHIPPING ERRORS & LOST Damaged or lost claims can only be filed for shipments over $50 in value and can only be done after 30 days from package shipment. We, JAK Graphic Imaging is NOT responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, damaged or omissions shipments.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy: JAK Graphic Imaging guarantees our prints will not be defective in accordance with the industry standards. However, if a print is found to be defective some how, then you should contact us for a reprint or other compensation. JAK Graphic Imaging must be contacted IN WRITING via support system with 3 business days of receiving your order. If product is found to be defective, one of the followings will be offered: JAK Graphic Imaging will reprint the order with rush production. JAK Graphic Imaging will authorize a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to you. A quality Assurance representative from our company will contact you within 36-48 hours of your initial query to help issue your RMA number. Contact with our representative must be done within 3 business days to verify the request. JAK graphic Imaging must receive the return package within 15 calendar days after our RMA number is issued. Compensation will be processed only after a RMA number has been issued and the entire product has been returned to us then the refund transaction will take place within 15 business days. Samples of the defective merchandise must be required prior to any resolution. CUSTOMER CONTENT You should understand that all information, data, photographs, messages, graphics, text or other materials are the sole responsibility of the person from which such CONTENT originated. This means that you, or your company, and NOT JAK Graphic Imaging are entirely responsible for all content that you use for JAK Graphic Imaging or send, post, unload, or transmit via the Service. In recognizing the global nature of Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct, regulation, and acceptable Content. You agree NOT to use the Service to upload, send, post or transmit any Content that contains (1) a threat to injure any personal property, reputation, or a threat to black mail; (2) child pornography or anything obscene, lewd, filthy, lascivious, and indecent; (3) any forcible resistance to any law of the United States; (4) any content that infringes the intellectual property rights or quality of the Content Under no circumstances will JAK Graphic Imaging be responsible in any way for any Content you may be exposed to that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable. You agree to abide by these terms of service and not to use these products and services or related messages for any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising. You should acknowledge that JAK Graphic Imaging does not pre-screen CONTENT, but that JAK Graphic Imaging and its affiliates shall have the right; but NOT the obligation in their sole discretion to remove any Content that violates the terms of service or may otherwise be objectionable. A: When you save as jpg, please save as "Maximum" quality.

Q: What kind of setting requirment on PDF files?

A: When you save as PDF, please make sure fonts is outlined, Image is Embed, and export to PDF 1.3 version.

Q: Can I use transparency, shadows, glows functions on my design programs?

A: No!!!! Do not use transparency, shadows, glows functions on my design programs, except Adobe Photoshop.

Q: If I m a broker, my customers submitted art used transparency, shadows, glows functions, do you have any solutions?

A: Convert to Adobe photoshop jpg format or export files to PDF 1.3

Q: What resolution should I use?

A: Minimum 72 dpi to Maximum 100 dpi

Q: What kind of color mode should I use?

A: Color should create in CMYK (8 Bits)

Q: What is "Rich Black" color coverage you suggest?

A: You can use C: 30%, M: 20%, Y: 10% and Black 100%, art will have a rich black outcome.

Q: How do I upload file to your web site?
